What are your shipping terms (FOB, CIF, CFR, etc.)?

We offer flexible shipping terms, including FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance & Freight), and CFR (Cost & Freight), depending on customer preference.      

What is the total lead time for an order?

Our standard lead time for a 20'DC container is 5 to 10 days. If repacking is requested, the lead time will be longer, ranging from 10 to 25 days, depending on the quantity of products that need to be repacked.

 

How long does shipping take?

Shipping time depends on the destination and shipping method. On average:
•    Asia: 7-14 days
•    Middle East & Africa: 20-30 days
•    Europe & Americas: 30-45 days
We provide estimated shipping times with every order confirmation.
 

Do you provide tracking for shipments?

Yes, we send notifications to customers to update vessel schedule information and shipping documents once the order is dispatched.

What should I do if I receive damaged or defective goods?

Please inspect your shipment upon arrival. If there are any quality issues, report them to us within 7 days with supporting photos/videos. We will assess the claim and find a suitable resolution.
